Are you finding that making nut mylk can be a little expensive? Especially if you're using it often. Or do you need a nut free milk for things going into your kids lunchbox? Here is a simple answer, seed mylk!
You can use pepitas, sunflower seeds or sesame seeds.
Simply soak for at least 4hrs, strain, then blend 1 cup seeds with 4 cups filtered water, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
I do this with all the nuts from this company too, you can make pecan mylk, macadamia, almond and more!
