SPRING SMOOTHIE by Kath and Jade @panaceas_pantry


1/4 cup preferred grain, soaked overnight (oats or buckwheat work well)
1/2 cup The Activated Nut Company Macadamia nuts
1 banana, frozen
Small handful raspberries 
2 drops pure rose essential oil
1/2 tsp vanilla of choice
1/2 cup fresh coconut milk

1.Drain and rinse your soaked grain, then add to blender with remaining ingredients.

2. Blend until super smooth, using your tamper if needed. Transfer to a bowl, and serve with lots of peanut butter, caramel chocolate, coconut and Ruby grapefruit. 

If your blender isn't so powerful, you'll probably need to soak the nuts first.
